- Provision of legal services to Gasrec Limited, a leading supplier of LNG/CNG and other alternative fuels to the UK transport sector
- Consultancy services to Azonto Petroleum Limited in connection with its delisting from AIM and winding up of UK operations
- General Counsel, Company Secretary and Exco member to Azonto Petroleum Limited, responsible for:
- provision of legal services to the company
- insurance and HR matters
- compliance with ASX and AIM Listing Rules
- drafting and negotiating agreements with joint venture parties including Joint Venture Operating Agreements with state oil companies
- drafting and negotiating Offshore Oil and Gas Licences, including Farm-In and Farm-Out Agreements
- drafting and negotiating gas sales and transportation agreements
- drafting and negotiating utilities, infrastructure and services agreements for gas field developments

- Corporate, regulatory and legal support to a Swiss/UK company engaged in oil spill remediation, extraction and clean up products
- Legal support on a Phenol plant build in China
- Legal and project management role on the development of an integrated refinery and Petrochemical complex in Saudi Arabia
- Legal and project management role in respect of a Phenol and Oxide expansion project and Polypropylene and Polyethylene plant expansions in Belgium
- Drafting and negotiating Petrochemical catalyst supply agreements and technology licensing agreements
